Shipping and Returns


We offer Free Shipping on orders over $200. 

We also offer the option to purchase online and Pick Up in store. This option will be available at checkout. 

Under Alert level 3 we will delivery in the following local areas for FREE: Paraparaumu areas, Raumati areas, Waikanae. Please add special message for this delivery in your checkout and have your correct contact phone number so we can contact you before delivering.

Online Availability

As we are a physical store, it may be the case that at the time you are purchasing an item on our site, a customer may be purchasing the same item in store. If the item you have just purchased is not available we will first attempt to acquire the item from our wholesale. If that fails we will provide a full refund.

Returns and Exchanges

At BE U we want you to be happy with your purchase. For this reason we are happy to exchange or provide a store credit if something doesn’t fit right or you are not happy with our product. Please do choose your items carefully as we are not obliged to provide refunds for change of mind.

In the case where something does not fit correctly, we are happy to exchange with a courier fee.  

If an exchange is not possible a store credit will be issued. An email will be sent with a store credit code which can be used up to a year. If for some reason you are not able to complete a future purchase using your store credit, please contact us so we complete the purchase over the phone.

Terms of Return

Items must be returned clean, unworn and with all tags attached. Please include your invoice.

Before returning at your cost, please contact us via email or phone to explain what you are returning and why.

Please return item back to us within 5 days of receiving it so that we have the best opportunity to do a quick resell.

It is also recommended to send returns back with track and trace method as BE U will not accept responsibility if we do not receive the package.

Strictly no returns on all accessories including jewellery, hats, sunglasses, bags and shoes due to hygiene reasons.
